1/8 tsp. cinnamon,
2 eggs,
1/2 c. skim milk,
1 tbsp. margarine/butter,
6 slices whole grain bread,
sugar free syrup.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a bowl. Beat until well mixed. Dip bread in egg mixture. Set in heated/buttered skillet. Cook until brown. Flip and finish cooking. Serve with syrup.
