1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1/4 c. black pepper, 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 c. cubed cooked chicken, 2 c. whole grain noodles (cooked and drained), 1/2 c. cheddar cheese.
Mix first seven ingredients in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes until hot. Stir. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
