10oz. sliced/cooked smoked turkey,
1 med. carrot (shredded),
1/2 bottle BBQ sauce,
4 hamburger buns (split),
pickle slices (optional),
onion slices (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Cut turkey into strips. Put turkey, carrots, and BBQ sauce in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat (approx. 10 min) until hot. Stir often. Remove from heat. Spoon mixture over bottom half of bun. Top with pickles and/or onions if desired. Cover with bun tops.
