3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg or 3 yolks
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
almond extract
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.
Beat butter on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar, egg and almond: beat well. Add flour 1 cup at a time; mix well. dough will be soft: do not refrigerate. Use spritz cookie press.

Bake 10-12 min or until firm but not brown. Cool on baking rack, remove & decorate
