8 ears fresh corn
1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.

Spread butter mixture on corn and place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil; wrap tightly.

Grill corn over medium coals 20 to 30 minutes, turning several times.
