1 cup butter, softened
3 cups of sugar
6 eggs
5 cups of flour
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter and set aside. Separate eggs, beat egg whites, beat yokes. Add whites to butter and sugar mix. Add vanilla, then add flour 1 cup at a time. Preheat waffle iron to medium high. Spray with Pam. Put 1 tsp of dough on each square and cook for 90 seconds. Waffle iron may need Pam between batches so that cookies come out easily.
