2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 2 eggs 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 medium chopped onion 1/2 cup buttered crumbs 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Beat eggs and mushroom soup together. Stir in mayonnaise and onion. Add drained broccoli. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with buttered crumbs and cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes.
