2-10 oz. boxes frozen vegs.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Ritz crackers crushed
1 stick margarine melted
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
cook vegetables according to directions on box-drain well. Mix mayonnaise, celery, onion, 1/2 cup cheese together with vegetables. Salt and pepper according to taste. Put in casserole dish and put toping of Ritz crackers, margarine, cheddar cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly at 300º

This was one of Granny Mills' dishes she always had at her holiday dinners. It was a favorite of lots of the kids and grandkids. I remember her everytime I prepare it.
