2 cups squash
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender before measuring. Drain off water; add butter or margarine, salt, pepper and milk. Mix all together and then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 40 mins at 350.
