1 1/2 lbs meatloaf mix (pork,beef,veal) , 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 egg, 1/2 cup quick cooking Quaker oats, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp dried savory leaves, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp parsley Glaze - 1/2 cup chili sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp liquid gravy seasoning
350 degree oven -saute onion in butter and in a separate bowl mix beaten egg with oats and milk and seasonings - mix this mixture with meat and onion - shape in an oval and put in a small roasting pan for 1 hr in oven. Mix glaze ingrediants and put on meatloaf and cook for another 1/2 hr. total cooking time is 1 1/2 hr
