1/2 head grated fresh cauliflower,
2 cloves minced garlic,
2 tbsp cooking oil,
1/4 c. soy sauce,
1 tsp. sesame or canola oil,
1 egg (beaten),
3 green onions (chopped),
dash of pepper (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Heat nonstick skillet on med to med/hi. Add cauliflower and garlic. Stirfry until tender (not mushy). Stir in soy sauce and oil. Push cauliflower to side. Pour egg into pan. Lightly scramble egg and mix into cauliflower. Add onion and peeper and toss.
