1/2 head fresh cauliflower (shredded),
1 tbsp butter (melted),
1/2 onion (minced),
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese,
1 oz shredded Parmesan cheese,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp pepper,
1/4 c heavy cream,
1 tbsp cold butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cauliflower, melted butter, onion, and cheeses in greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in cream. Dot with cold butter. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until crusty and brown.
