1-2 cups whole wheat noodles,
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup,
1 T. Parmesan cheese,
1 cup milk,
pepper and salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles until halfway cooked through (10-15min). Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done.
