2 chicken breasts or precooked fajita chicken, 1 large can low sodium tomato juice, 1 can corn, 1 can Kidney or black beans, 1 package low sodium taco seasoning, onion to taste (optional), green pepper to taste (optional).
Precook chicken and season to taste. Combine all ingredients and cook for 30-45 minutes on stove top.
