1-2 lbs Hamburger, browned
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 cup uncooked Rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 medium head of cabbage chopped
1 –2 tbsp salt
¼ to ½ t]sp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. Mix all other ingredients in a casserole dish or roaster, add 2 cups of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1- 2 hours or until the rice is cooked to your preference. Stir occasionally and add additional liquid as needed for the rice.

Lisa, at one year, absolutely loved this dish. We just have to pick out the larger chunks of cabbage.
