1 (3-4 lbs.) lean Beef Roast
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 Bay Leaf
3-4 whole Peppercorns
1 tsp. dried, crushed Rosemary
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Hard Rolls or French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Pour over roast. Add water to almost cover roast. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or until meat is very tender.

Remove and shred roast. Put shredded roast back in crock pot. Serve on rolls or bread with cooking juices as a dipping sauce.
