* 16 oz. cottage cheese = 2 c.
* 8 oz. cream cheese = 1 c.
* 1 lb. butter = 2 c.
* 1 stick of butter = 1/4 lb. = 1/2 c.
* 2 TB. butter = 1 oz.
* 6 oz. chocolate chips = 1 c.
* 1 sq. chocolate = 1 oz.
* 1 1b. almonds = 3 1/2 c.
* 1/4 lb. chopped walnuts = 1 c.
* 1/4 c. popcorn = 5 c. popped
* 14-16 slices of bacon = 1 LB>
* 8 slices of bacon = 1/2 c. crispy cooked and crumbled
* 1lb. peanut butter = 1 2/3 c.
* 1/2 pint whipping cream = 2 c. whipped cream
* 2 c. (8oz.) uncooked macaroni = 4 c. cooked
* 5 c. un-cooked egg noodles = 4 c. cooked
* 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti = 4 c. cooked
* 1 c. brown rice = 4 c. cooked
* 1 c. regular rice = 3 c. cooked
* 1 c. wild rice = 3 c. cooked
* 1 c. instant rice = 2 c. cooked
* 1 lb. flour = 3 1/2 c.
* 1 lb. brown sugar = 2 1/4 c. packed
* 1 lb. white sugar = 2 1/4 c.
* 1 lb. powdered sugar = 4 c.

* 12-14 egg yolks = 1 c.
