*6-8 lb. beef roast. Cook @ 300º-325º for rare: 18-20 min. per pound, till internal temp. reaches 140º. Medium: 22-25 min. per pound, till reaches 160º. Well-done: 27-30 min. per pound, till reaches 170º.

*3-7 lb. pork roast. Cook @ 350º for 35-45 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 185º.

*10-12 lb. pre-cooked ham. Cook @ 300º -325º for 12-15 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 140º.

*10-12 lb. uncooked ham. Cook @ 300º-325º for 18-20 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 160º.

*10-16 lb. turkey. Cook @ 325º for 15-20 min. per pound. (A over 16 lb. can cook for 13-15 min. per pound.) Till internal temp. is 185º.

*4-8 lb. chicken. Cook @ 375º for 20 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 190º.
