*6-8 lb. beef roast. Cook @ 300-325 for rare: 18-20 min. per pound, till internal temp. reaches 140. Medium: 22-25 min. per pound, till reaches 160. Well-done: 27-30 min. per pound, till reaches 170.

*3-7 lb. pork roast. Cook @ 350 for 35-45 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 185.

*10-12 lb. pre-cooked ham. Cook @ 300 -325 for 12-15 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 140.

*10-12 lb. uncooked ham. Cook @ 300-325 for 18-20 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 160.

*10-16 lb. turkey. Cook @ 325 for 15-20 min. per pound. (A over 16 lb. can cook for 13-15 min. per pound.) Till internal temp. is 185.

*4-8 lb. chicken. Cook @ 375 for 20 min. per pound, till internal temp. is 190.
