10 oz frozen shredded hash browns
8 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream or Half and Half
1 - 1 1/2 lb sausage, ham or bacon
9-10 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan. Line bottom of pan with hash browns, break the yolks but do not scramble. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with half of the cheese. Pour cream over the layers in pan. Sprinkle with onions, and layer more cheese and meat. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
