Place in large mixing bowl:

12 oz pkg chocolate chips
12 oz German sweet chocolate
1 pint marshmallow creme
* Boil together for 6 minutes

4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter
1 tall can carnation milk

Pour mixture over the first 3 items and mix well. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. OPTIONAL: Add 2 c. chopped nuts.
