1 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli 1 c. instant rice 1 c. water 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz 1 can cream of chicken soup potato chips or cracker crumbs for topping
Cook broccoli according to pkg directions. At the same time cook instant rice. Mix cheese whiz and soup in a casserole dish. Add broccoli and rice. Mix together and top with potato chips or cracker crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30-40 min.
