Mix flour, salt and Crisco and shake vigorously in front of you in a medium mixing bowl with lid. Make small well in center of bowl. Pour 1/4 c. ice cold water into well. Cover and then roll bowl in clockwise direction for about 1 minute. Roll out crust and put into pie pan. Bake at 350º until lightly brown.
