3/4 c. real butter 10 oz bag of marshmallows 1 1/2 c. M&M's 20 Kraft Caramels 12 c. popped popcorn (equal to about 3 large bags of microwave popcorn, which is a lot easier to use) 1 1/2 c. peanuts
Melt butter, marshmallows and caramels on stovetop. Pour over popcorn, M&M's and peanut mixture. Mix until well coated and press into sprayed bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Let sit until cool and then remove from pan. Slice and serve. YUMMY!
