2 loafs frozen bread - take out night before and let raise for about 8 hours

Roll out raised bread to 1/4" thick. Spread with butter. Sprinkle 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon over butter. Roll like a jelly roll and cut into 1" slices. BOTTOM OF PAN: 2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. melted butter. Place rolls on top of sugar. Pour 3/4 c. of half and half or cream over rolls. Let raise again to double in size (about 1 hour). Bake at 325º for 30-40 minutes.
