1 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. white corn syrup 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla 8 to 10 medium sized apples
Place sugar, corn syrup, milk & vanilla in a heavy saucepan. Cook slowly & stir constantly until a firm ball is formed when drop is placed in cold water (240ºF. on candy thermometer). Cool slightly & dip apples
