1 tsp. cold water 1 egg white 1 pound large pecan halves 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 225º. Combine sugar, cinnamon & salt, set aside. In a large bowl, beat water & egg white until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Add sugar mixture to pecans and spread on a cookie sheet lined with foil & sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour stirring a couple of times. Store in an airtight container.
