Sweet potatoes
Salt
Brown Sugar
Margarine
1 egg
Raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, peel and mash potatoes. Salt lightly. Add generous amount of brown sugar and margarine, mix well. Add one egg, raisins and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Put in casserole and place marshmallows on top.

I cook at 350 for 25 minutes or so.

This is exactly how Mother wrote out the recipe for me; no measurements, no oven temp, no time....
I add a splash of orange juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon when I make it. Mother would sometimes bake the mixture in hollowed out orange halves,
