1/3 cup Celery

1/3 cup Onion

1 stick of Butter

Ritz Crackers

8 oz Cream Cheese

3-4 slices of Bacon

2 packages medium mushrooms with stems

Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up celery and onion. Remove stems of mushrooms and dice as well. Put in skillet with one stick of butter and saute. Turn off heat and crumble in crackers until it soaks up the butter. Mix in 8oz softened cream cheese and bacon.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Shovel the mixture in each mushroom head. Line the mushroom heads up on a sprayed cookie sheet or casserole. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
