1 egg
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cold water
1 T butter
1/2 c boiling water
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 c luke warm water
3 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1 egg and add 1/4 c sugar and 1 tsp salt. Add 1/2 c cold water to this. Melt 1 T butter in 1/2 c
boiling water and then ad to egg mixture. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c luke warm water and then add to egg mixture. Mix in flour and blend well. Cover with damp towel and place in frig over night. Roll out and shape, let rise about an hour or longer. Bake at 375º for about 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
