1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (28 oz) stewed tomatoes, or 1 qt. home bottled tomatoes
1 onion
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can corn, undrained
baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan cook the groundbeef and the onion, drain off the grease. Stir the taco mix into the meat. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce the heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Top each serving with corn chips, a dollop of sour cream and grated cheese.
