Fish marinade: lemon, white wine, butter, garlic . Pesto Sauce:1 cup hot water, 1/4 olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, toasted almond slivers.


chick peas -1 can 2 tbsp flour
1 bag spinach red pepper flakes

This is EASY and FAST
-Broil fish with above marinade.
-Rinse and dry off chick peas and mix with
flour;saute in smalll amt oil with red pepper and
garlic.
-Remove chick peas and use the same pot to lightly saute the spinach.May need to add more oil.
-Remove spinach
-Combine pesto ingredients in that same pan and simmer lightly for just 1-2 minutes.
-Place pesto in serving dish, Place the cooked fish on top. Then place chick peas and spinach on top of fish. Voila! Delicious and healthy.

You can easily serve 4 people,just add more spinach and sundried tomatoes. All else goes a long way.
