2 tbsp. butter
1 can(4 oz.) chopped green chilies(undrained)
1/2 c. onion
2 c. or 1 can Refried Beans
8 Flour tortillas, 8 in. size
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
6 radishes
salsa sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F. In hot butter in a 10" skillet saute the chopped onion, stirring until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add green chilies and beans; Mix well. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 c. bean mix. Top each with 2 tbsp. salsa. Overlap burritos in center. Place folded side down, in a 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Bake 15 mins. or until heated through. Before serving, garnish with remaining salsa & sliced radishes.
