1 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) pkg manicotti shells cooked an drained
1 (16 ounce) jar of your favorite salsa
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown beef and onion. Drain off excess grease. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese and stir well. Stuff manicotti shells with taco meat. (warning: if you overstuff the shells they will split; if any do split, put those split side down in the baking dish) Place stuffed shells in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish and pour salsa over shells. Top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream .

My sister in law made this for church circle and it was wonderful. It's easy to prepare too, and a little different.
