4 Rib Eye Steaks ( about 1/2 inch thick)
salt and pepper
4 tbsp butter (divided)
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp minced fresh parsley
1tbsp minced fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Steaks with salt and pepper
In skillet melt 2 tbsp butter.
stir in onions and mustard, cook for 1 min
Add steaks, cook for 2 min per side (3 min if more well done) remove to serving platter
Add lemon juice, worcestershire and remaining butter to pan, cook 2 minutes
Add parsley and chives and pour over steaks
