left over baked potatoes
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
seasoning salt
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the potatoes lengthwise into quarters or eights. Heat olive oil in fry pan and lightly brown all sides. Once browned, sprinkle and coat the potatoes with Parmesan and other spices to taste.
Reduce heat as they cook so the Parmesan browns but does not burn.

The slang name for Parmesan cheese in our home is "Stinky Feet Cheese."
