1-12 oz package butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Directions:

Place marshmallows in the bottom of a 9x13 inch cake pan.
Melt together the butterscotch chips, peanut butter and butter. Pour over the marshmallows.
Cool.
