3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Fresh fruit: Apples, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well three eggs and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice. Cook in a double boiler until it thickens. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and remove from heat. Cool well. Pour over cut up fruit.
**Dressing may be stored for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.**
