2 c. Blueberries
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Baking Powder Biscuit Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the blueberries in small amount of water until soft. Sweeten slightly and put in a deep baking dish. Arrange the Baking Powder Biscuit dough mix over the top and set dish in a separate pan of boiling water. Cover and cook 1 hour, keeping the water boiling constantly, adding more as needed to keep water within 1 inch of top of pudding dish. Serve with cream.
