3 qts of popped corn
1 c. Molasses
1 c. Corn syrup
1 tsp. mild Vinegar
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the popped corn--1/2 c. corn kernels makes about 1 qt. of popped corn. Mix the next 5 ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook to 270ºF.(hard crack stage). Pour the syrup slowly over the popcorn in a greased large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon to coat each kernel. Butter your fingers slightly and shape the corn lightly into 3 inch balls. Set on wax paper to harden. Wrap each ball in wax paper.
