1 finely chopped tomato 2 ripened avocado 2 T finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped chili or 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 T vinegar 3 T fresh lemon juice dash of hot sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Mash avocados to a paste. Blend in other ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
