5 cups chopped Vidalia onions
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onions with 1 cup of the cheese and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly at sides.
