3 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar Substitute
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 C. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Mix well then add:
1 - 8oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. mashed Bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
Add last:
1 small jar Maraschino Cherries, cut-up

Lightly grease and flour 2 - 9" pans

Bake for approx. 35 minutes at 350

Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with pecans
