1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can great northern, drained and rinsed
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, olive oil and vinegar together, simmer until sugar dissolves. About 10 minutes.

Pour liquid over bean mixture and refrigerate for about one hour.
