Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Turkey Breast (about 6 lbs)
½ cup butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Steak sauce
½ tbsp Garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
½ tbsp pepper
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (careful this makes it spicy)
¼ tsp salt
1-2 cups broth form turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Place Turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Combine melted butter with all spices and rub 3-4 tbsp on the turkey. Cover and refrigerate the remaining mixture. Bake the turkey uncovered until a meat thermometer reads 180º. Remove turkey and pour drippings into a saucepan. When the turkey is cool enough to handle, remove the meat from the bones and shred the turkey. Either return to the roaster or put in a crock-pot. Mix the remaining butter mixture, drippings, and broth in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Pour over the shredded turkey. Cover and bake at 325º for 30 min or put in a crock-pot on high and lower the temperature if the edges start to get dry. Serve on buns with your choice of condiments

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This keeps very well in a crock-pot and can be munched on all day long. Andrea thinks it's delicious on a fresh bun with butter. The meat melts the butter and it tastes delicious. She also has fond memories of this meal. When she and Jeff moved into their home in Barnesville, Andrea was pregnant with Lucas, so we (along with Ross and Steven) helped them move in. We brought this meal along, and it has been a favorite of hers since.
