1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp soda
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients very well with mixer. Place in greased 9x13 pan.
Topping;
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Place on top of prepared batter in cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
