Two eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup whole milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to beaten eggs, then add milk. Add sifted flour and salt, beat until smooth, about the consistency of heavy cream. Add flavoring. Fry in deep fat fryer. While still warm sprinkle sugar over the rosette and keep cool till served.
