1 lb Ground Bison
1 large carrot - grated
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. finely crushed crackers
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp. fresh ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. mix all ingredients EXCEPT brown sugar and ketchup, in a large bowl. Form into loaf and place in pan. Mix sugar and ketchup together and cover loaf. Bake in oven for 1 hr.
