2 cups cooked white chicken, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and serve on a bed of lettuce with Texas toast or choice of crackers.
