1 (14.75 oz) can salmon, drained and flake
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c garlic and herb seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c dry potato flakes
1 med onion, minced
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In med bowl, mix salmon, eggs, bread crumbs,dry potato flakes,onion,garlic,dill weed,celery salt,salt and pepper. Form mixture the mixture into 2 inch balls,flatten into patties.
heat olive oil in a med skillet over med heat.
cook patties about 5 minutes on each side,until lightly brown.
