1 1/2c. multi grain rotini pasta, uncooked
3c. or one small bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
1lb. chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2c. fat free, reduced sodium chicken broth
2oz. light cream cheese, cubed
1c. Mozzarella cheese divided
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli for the last 3min.

Mean while heat skillet on medium heat and add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken broth and dried basil, simmer about 3 minutes. turn down to low heat and add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add 1/2 of mozzarella.

Drain pasta and broccoli. Mix pasta, broccoli, and chicken mixture and pour into 2qt baking dish.

Cover and bake for about 15 min or until heated through, then add remaining cheese and bake uncovered for about 3 minutes.

Since using low sodium chicken broth, I prefer to salt and pepper chicken a little when browning.

Yields 4 - 1 1/2c. servings, about 390 calories
